I’m a newbie! Where do I start?

Welcome! Our classes are for every level, offering options for the absolute beginner through to the super-fit. If you’re new to training make sure to let your coach know before class starts so they can make sure your comfortable with all the kit. During class remember to enjoy yourself and take any breaks when you need to. The main aim is to leave feeling #InYourElement and inspired to try another class.

What’s the minimum age?

We welcome anyone 18 years and over to our general classes.

What’s the easiest way to travel to you?

Our postcode is SW16 5NT. We’re directly next to Streatham Common train station - if you’re looking at the computer shop on Estreham Road the gym is the white building with the black doors to the left of it! We’re served by bus routes 118 and 60. Streatham High Road with plenty of other bus routes is just a 5 minute walk away.

What should I wear/ bring to class?

Make sure you have clothes you can easily move + sweat in, trainers, and a water bottle (we encourage reusable bottles as much as possible). You might also like to bring a sweat towel.

What’s your refund / cancellation policy?

As we are a small studio we just ask that everyone sticks to our cancellation policy as it is in place to enable as many people as possible to book into and attend the classes they would like to!

We ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel any group fitness & yoga classes, or 3 hours’ notice to cancel any parent + baby class booking. For our workshops, it’s a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. In order to avoid being charged for a class you can no longer attend, please cancel at least 12 hours before the class begins. Any late cancels or no-shows will be charged as if they attended class meaning you will forfeit the credit used for that booking or will be charged a £5 fee if the booking was made using an unlimited membership or intro offer. Workshops which are late cancelled or not attended are liable to a £10 fee for those on unlimited memberships.

Booking through ClassPass? Make sure you cancel via their app and follow their cancellation policy as we are unable to assist with ClassPass credit queries or cancellations.

If you are running a few minutes late we cannot guarantee that your place will still be available but do drop us a line to let us know and we will do our best to hold your spot in class! For safety reasons, we are unable to permit entry into class more than 5 minutes after the advertised start time, however, as all participants are required to take part in the warm-up.
