Each 45 minute class is designed to cover all your fitness, and our constantly revolving schedule means you’ll be able to benefit from each Element’s training format no matter what day(s) of the week you’re able to join us! Workout London
We know no body is the same, we all must start somewhere and need space to grow, so we have scaled workouts to match your desired work rate. Grab a wristband to let your coach know your energy and or experience level. We’ll offer various options per band during the class. Your band means you’re in control, so you can work to your best ability, no matter how you’re feeling or how long you’ve been attending classes for.
Each Element focuses on a different training modality: TABATA, METCON, AMRAP and EMOM – functional fitness at its best!
Every class utilises our state of the art kit, but depending on your Element it will be utilised in different ways.

Our wrist band system gives you the control to tailor your workout to your ability and needs. How are you feeling today? Want to scale it back? Or is it time to bring on the heat?! ...It’s up to you! Our coaches will be able to gauge your workout and help your technique depending on what colour wristband you have chosen.

Supported by expert coaches and state of the art equipment (thanks Bulldog Gear) you’ll work independently and support each other in small groups to complete each of the four training zones (maximum five people per zone, twenty participants total).

Like the Elements, we know everything is connected. Health and fitness isn’t just about sweating and crushing workouts. Its also about recovery and our state of mind. Reset your central nervous system, and relax your mind with our post-work out 2 minute mediations, so you feel ready to take on the rest of your day.
