The fluidity of water
When you embark on a Water Element workout in London, you’ll be having fun while creating strong and fluid movements, just as if you were moving through water. This training is very much focused upon strength endurance and cardiovascular stamina via a variety of workout challenges that incorporate rope climbing, atlas stone lifting, resistance training and Airbike and Skierg cardio.
Suitable for everyone
Water Element training is suitable for everyone of any age or ability. Even if you are a beginner you can enjoy this type of training, as you will work to your own skill and endurance levels. You also work at your own pace. Just grab a blue – I’m new wristband, and your coach will have your back the whole way.
