I am most in my element when I am training all out with a great group of people; the encouragement and energy it generates is awesome! When coaching, I love to motivate and support through clear communication, with a focus on technique and intensity. I am passionate about training beyond aesthetics and love how empowering a heightened sense of strength and fitness is. There is so much reward in unlocking our ability to engage with our environment with freedom and robustness. Having worked in health and fitness since 2011, I have enjoyed many of the roles the industry has to offer and am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to this exciting new project. Inspired by my love of nature and the huge variety of training methods available, I have created the Element Fitness programme to deliver accessible, progressive and sustainable training for all.
I am most in my element after going through a psychological and physical state change; often before kick-off at football or when I’m about to do something new! From the very outset, I have intended to be radically diverse, integrating health within the genre of fitness, in every way possible. The intelligence behind information, the commitment to creating for each client and class the right atmosphere for achieving results, and the focus on making sessions as entertaining as possible! I have never been afraid to take chances and experiment. I apply this attitude to creating diverse programmes; testing out cutting-edge training protocols and experimenting with ground breaking nutritional strategies. Most importantly, I believe this attitude applies toward all the Elements for living a life beyond limits!
