education: I am most in my element when I am training all out with a great group of people; the encouragement and energy it generates is awesome! When coaching, I love to motivate and support through clear communication, with a focus on technique and intensity. I am passionate about training beyond aesthetics and love how empowering a heightened sense of strength and fitness is. There is so much reward in unlocking our ability to engage with our environment with freedom and robustness. Having worked in health and fitness since 2011, I have enjoyed many of the roles the industry has to offer and am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to this exciting new project. Inspired by my love of nature and the huge variety of training methods available, I have created the Element Fitness programme to deliver accessible, progressive and sustainable training for all.
