First, there is Earth, representing all that is steadfast and unyielding. Second, there is Water, representing that which is eternally moving and able to adapt. The third is Air, which is weightless and formless, yet possesses the strength to topple even the strongest of structures. Finally there is Fire, the unstoppable force of nature that consumes all that it touches.

Dumbbells, kettlebells and our custom rig are the perfect tools to target specific muscle groups and movement patterns, that will build a strong, athletic physique. From squats to shoulder presses, push ups to pull ups, we build muscle and burn fat, one rep at a time.
WATER | MOVE
FLUID, FUNCTIONAL AND FUN. OUR WATER CLASSES WILL HAVE YOU EBBING AND FLOWING THROUGH SESSIONS DESIGNED TO BUILD YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR ENGINE AND YOUR MUSCULAR ENDURANCE. BY BLENDING OUR CARDIO GEAR AND RESISTANCE KIT WE CREATE DIVERSE, FUN AND CHALLENGING WORKOUTS THAT ARE STRAIGHT UP SWELL.
With its principle of permanent motion, the Water element workouts will push your body to its limits in a high intensity session that challenges participants to flow from cardiovascular exercises to resistance exercises without rest. AIR | BREATHE
OUR AIR CLASSES ARE BUILT AROUND INTERVAL TRAINING. WE INCORPORATE VARIED WORK, REST AND INTENSITY PARAMETRES. USING OUR NOTORIOUS AIRBIKES AND SKIERGS ALONG WITH CLASSIC CALISTHENIC CARDIO MOVEMENTS, WE HIT THE HEART AND THE LUNGS FROM ALL ANGLES. INTERVAL TRAINING IS PROVEN TO INCREASE CARDIOVASCULAR FUNCTION, SUPPORT BODY FAT REDUCTION, INCREASE METABOLIC RATE AND IMPROVE RECOVERY RATES. TAKE A DEEP BREATH, IT’S TIME TO FLY HIGH.
