These cardiovascular training classes centre around machines such as air bikes, ski ergs, rowing machines, and other functional tools like skipping ropes. The air-resisted cardio machines are low impact and joint-friendly.
Varied intensities and effort durations are combined so we can determine what aspects of our cardiovascular output are strong and where we are seeking to improve.
