Our unique fitness classes are inspired by nature’s elements and offer five types of workout, each with a distinct style:
Earth classes are strength-based; Water focusses on endurance; Air is cardio; Fire is HIIT; and Aether is active recovery (yoga + pilates).
While they are all different in intent, all of the elements complement each other and offer a balanced approach to movement and wellbeing.
