Our programming is designed to cover all your fitness needs, no matter your level of experience. Our workouts are scaleable so every class offers options for complete beginners as well as providing challenge for those who are more advanced with their training.

Our Earth classes offer strength training through low-impact, joint-friendly resistance exercises. more

These muscular and cardiovascular endurance classes combine the use of cardio machines and resistance equipment. In these classes you will work at a moderate intensity on low impact, longer duration efforts that help build stamina and endurance. more.

Fire classes involve high intensity intervals. Short, explosive efforts are used in conjunction with a wide range of equipment as well as calisthenics to build speed, power, and explosiveness. more.

These cardiovascular training classes centre around machines such as air bikes, ski ergs, rowing machines, and other functional tools like skipping ropes. The air-resisted cardio machines are low impact and joint-friendly. more.

Aether classes develop connection between body, mind, and breath.

As an official HYROX training gym, our Hyrox sessions are specially designed classes geared towards preparing for competitive fitness events. Cross-training with a focus on increasing work capacity, strength, and gymnastics.
