Element Fitness classes are designed to cover all your fitness needs, no matter your level of experience. Our workouts are scaleable so every class offers options for complete beginners as well as providing challenge for those who are more advanced with their training.

Improve strength, endurance, and mobility through our unique, fun, and adaptable approach to training. Each element class focuses on a different training style: Earth classes focus on gaining strength; Water classes help build both muscular and cardiovascular endurance; Air classes focus on improving cardiovascular function; and Fire classes help build power and explosiveness. We now also offer open level yoga & Pilates classes to complement your training by enhancing recovery and mobility, plus have a weekly runing club and our new Sport of Fitness class is aimed at supporting those training for mixed modality competitive events. Our varied timetable means you’ll be able to try each class and discover the approach that works best for you.
