IONA
OWNER + COACH
Having worked as a teacher and most recently a deputy headteacher in a London primary school for the last 14 years, Iona took the plunge to turn her passion for fitness, health, and running into a new career at the end of 2022. As a keen runner, having run many marathons and ultra-marathons, she has spent the last few years educating herself about the benefits of strength training to support her running journey. This is a huge driver for her work as a personal trainer and run coach - helping people learn that their running is made in the gym.
Iona is qualified in pre- and post-natal fitness and supporting women on this journey is a huge passion of hers. “I want to empower people and women in particular to want to be the strongest version of themselves - both mentally and physically - and to use movement as well as other tools to do this. Helping to break down the barriers women face in training is something I pride myself on, particularly in the pre- and post-natal journey. Whether it's running or lifting weights I want to encourage people to move in a way they love to feel good.”

Rob Sambidge is born and bread Londoner: unheard of, we know! As a new father, he believes now more than ever that exercise should compliment your lifestyle not dictate it. Focussing on functional fitness his key mottos are: “leave your ego at home” and “practice what you preach”. With this in mind, Rob brings bags of energy and years of training experience that will help you take your training to the next level.

HAYLEY
COACH
Hayley Woodruff has always had a passion for sport and fitness. Starting at a young age, this love for exercise became a huge part of her adult life, enabling her to stay mentally and physically strong, focused, and sane during a successful 10 year advertising career.
Having made the plunge to work full time in the fitness industry, she believes that most people’s barriers with exercising start in the mind, which, once overcome, the possibilities are endless. “The human body is an incredible instrument which, if you learn to love and respect it, will reward you in more ways than you thought possible! A strong mind is key to building a strong body.”
