Our workshops, fundamental masterclasses, and quarterly benchmark sessions are designed to develop your knowledge, refine your technique, and keep track of your progress throughout the year.

HYROX SIMULATION

As a Hyrox affiliated training club, we’re excited to announce we’ll be running a quarterly a Hyrox simulation that replicates the format and intensity* of a Hyrox race to help prepare you for your next Hyrox event.

Hyrox is a fitness event that combines running with functional workouts. Our simulations will replicate the challenges found in a actual Hyrox event, this includes a series of running segments interspersed with functional movements such as rowing, sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, and wall balls, among others.

*We will be replicating the intensity of a Hyrox event, however some aspects may differ slightly. We’ll be offering the use of lighter weights and some modified exercises to cater to different fitness levels.

PREGNANT + STRONG WORKSHOP

Training during pregnancy has key health benefits for both mother and baby.

Join coach Iona for a prenatal workout followed by a Q+A to master pregnancy safe modifications for workouts so you can feel confidant and safe training prenatally. You’ll also learn how to mobilise and stretch key muscle groups impacted by postural changes during pregnancy as well as the importance of breath work for core and pelvic floor strength and stability.

Our monthly tips + trick workshops focus on key exercises, kit, and movement patterns found in our weekly Element classes.

Whether you’re a newbie looking to learn the ropes, or a workout veteran who’s looking to fine tune and enhance your technique, our fundamental masterclasses are here to support and enhance your training so you can feel confident and competent during your workouts. All of these in-depth sessions are free for unlimited members and included in credit-based memberships.

our benchmark sessions are a way to track your progress

Every quarter we’ll be running our benchmark sessions for Element Fitness members, so you can keep track of your progress throughout the year. We’ll throw some shapes in the gym and then head to a local hotspot to celebrate how for you’ve come with your awesome Element Fitness community!

Our next benchmark testing day will be taking place in MARCH 2025.
