Our run klubs’ are split into three levels, BLUE, GREEN/ RED and BLACK.

Each session will begin with a 10 minute warm-up to prepare your body, followed by a guided group run by a 20-40 minute run led by coach Steve who will give valuable tips on form and breathing.

Our focus is on fostering a love for running while emphasising proper form and injury prevention. Each session will begin with a thorough warm-up to prepare your body followed by a guided run, led by one of our coaches.

Blue : 3-5KM

These runs are perfect for beginners or those more comfortable with a gentler pace. Each run will be between 3-5KM and will average a speed of 6:30 to 7:30 minutes per kilometre, with a focus on the social element of running as a group.

Wednesdays : 19:00

Each session will begin with a 10 minute warm-up in the gym to prepare your body, followed by a guided group run by a 20-40 minute run led by coach Steve who will give valuable tips on form and breathing.

Green / Red : 8-10KM

For those seeking a more challenging option, our GREEN/RED runs will  be an 8 to 10km route. The pace for these runs is slightly faster and tailored to the group's capabilities. We will add some hill climbs and interval sessions into these runs but on the whole expect a fairly flat route. 

Thursdays : 19:00

Each session will begin with a 10 minute warm-up in the gym to prepare your body, followed by a guided group run by a 40-60 minute run led by coach Steve who will give valuable tips on form and breathing.

Black : 20KM+

BLACK (20KM+) : For the keen runner! Train out of town, run in nature. These trial runs will stretch you to run a greater distance and build some solid endurance. Hills walked and a steady pace overall. Expect social vibes, and maybe even a cheeky pint post run!

Introducing our first Run Klub Black Edition. Join our guided trail adventure!

Calling all 10-15km runners, are you ready to push a little further and explore stunning scenery?

Join us for a 21-22km guided trail run along the North Downs Way, from Guildford to Dorking. We'll depart Streatham Common by train (07:25) and embark on a scenic journey with a supportive pace (we'll walk the climbs!).

Highlights:

Breathtaking views from the North Downs Way

A mix of challenging climbs and rolling sections for a varied experience

Post-run refreshments in Dorking 

Train journey home, arriving in Streatham around 2:00pm

What's included:

Guided run with experienced leader

Support and encouragement throughout the route

What to bring:

Water and running supplies

Appropriate clothing and footwear for the terrain
