PILATES
Our parent + baby Pilates classes are designed for new parents to regain strength post-pregnancy and birth. Darren is a specialist post-natal Pilates teacher with over a decade of experience in teaching. Classes have a specific focus on core and pelvic floor rehab, as well as stretching out those hard-hit nursing and carrying muscles.

Our parent + baby fitness classes are designed for new parents to train safely in a supportive group setting. Our coaches are specialist in pre- & post-natal training . Sessions focus on core and pelvic floor rehab, and functional strength & conditioning training to suit individual requirements.
These classes are about encouraging you to recognise where you and your body are at and to progress at a pace that suits you.

BABY MASSAGE , MOVEMENT+ MUSIC
This class is a fun way to bond with your baby through the magic of music and massage. Our movement and music class involves stretching, singing, and sensory to engage your babies. Learn to stretch and massage your babies’ growing bodies and connect with them through song, play, and sensory. Kath is a professional musician and will entertain you and your little ones with live guitar and singing; Katy will teach you some cheeky ways to incorporate a bit of movement to stretch and mobilise while entertaining your baby through song as well as massage your baby to popular children’s nursery rhymes. Each class will have elements of baby sensory and time to connect with other local parents.

Our parent + baby yoga class focuses on those hard-hit areas in parenting bodies (those sore necks from feeding, backs from carrying..) through a flowing yoga practice.
