Our Earth classes offer strength training through low-impact, joint-friendly resistance exercises. Practice pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging and core exercises to build a strong physical foundation.
Each session consists of three stations: one involving a compound barbell lift (e.g. squats, bench press or deadlift); the others will involve multiple accessory exercises (e.g. push-pull combinations or core work). We consistently work on primal movement patterns so that we can develop good body awareness and confidence in our technique. This format provides a full body strengthening workout that will assist you in pushing through strength plateaus.
With a huge range of equipment available, enjoy learning to use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, dip and chin bars, and more.
The style of these classes is slower paced and grounding. Open to all levels.
